7. Report the existence of a duplicate declaration form

- Cause: Because the declaration you are making already exists a declaration with a declaration period that coincides with your current declaration period.
How to fix:
- Method 1: Go to HTKK and go to "Look up declarations" ==>> Select declaration, time / Select "Lookup". The screen shows the declarations you check to see if there are any duplicate declarations. You can delete that declaration completely or re-enter it to check and update again.
- Method 2: Access the Data File section on drive C by following the following path: Drive C/Program File (86x)/HTKK/Data File. Here you click on the tax code section of the declaration that is being duplicated, then check again. Delete that declaration from the Data File. Re-login HTKK and declare as usual.
8. Error “Datafile has an error that is different from the declaration”
